We got started about 9 AM and ate breakfast in the hotel. Not too bad. We hit the city about 10 and saw everything we felt we needed to see. Checked out the fish market, lots of good looking stuff in there. Right outside at the dock people were buying fish right off the boat. I took some pictures and I don't think the fisherman really cared for that! The Nidaros cathedral was really nice and the museum had some great exhibits. I believe construction began aroun 1070 A.D. and it is suppose to be the northern most cathedral in the world. Then we walked down to the old town bridge and saw all the wharehouses and the bike lift. Julio decided to race me to the top, so we did and I won. Of course it took us both a while to recover. Now we were at the city fort and it was built after some fire and helped fight off Sweden during some invasion. Great view of the city from up there. We ended up eating pizza before we hit the road, and it was great! We had a meat lovers and a shrimp scampi pizza with pinapple! The drive home was a little better as the weather was not quite as bad. Even had time for a snow ball fight!
